Professional biography:
Graduated in 2014 from the International Law Institute under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, specializing in criminal law defense, Moscow. Since joining the Institute in 2008, he began an independent practice in the field of providing legal services. He founded his own legal practice in the city of Smolensk, where he worked until 2015. Later, he successfully passed the qualification exam and received the status of a lawyer, included in the register of lawyers of the Smolensk region, registration number 67/563.
