Personal Data Processing Agreement

Fenix Law Bureau (“Fenix” or “the Administrator”) processes personal data of website users (“Users”) in compliance with Russian Federation law on personal data (Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006). This processing enables us to provide services and communicate with Users.

By submitting forms or providing information via website messengers (including fields marked “Name”, “Email Address”, and “Phone Number”), you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data.

Scope of Processing
Processing includes the collection, systematization, storage, updating, use for client communication and legal assistance, and eventual deletion/destruction of personal data (per Article 3(3) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

Strict Confidentiality Guarantee
Fenix will not disclose your data to any third parties. This guarantee is upheld under Article 8 (“Attorney-Client Privilege”) of Federal Law No. 63-FZ dated 31.05.2002, which mandates:

Our attorneys cannot be compelled to testify about matters disclosed during legal representation.

Purpose Limitation
Your data will exclusively be used for providing requested legal services.

Data Retention & Deletion
Fenix guarantees prompt deletion of your personal data from our systems upon your written request.
