As part of this service our Bureau:
- provides you with information about honesty of contractors, including the number of legal claims for previous time, the subjects of them;
- represents some facts about concrete persons and legal entities, who had claims to your contractor and have it in our time, the size of existing demands, the number of enforcement proceedings and size of unexecuted demands in them;
- provides you with information about assets and property of your counterparty.
You are able to use this information to analyze future partnership and avoid the risks, and you are able to be defended from of unfair partners and contractors. Also, it can be necessary for you when your contractor doesn`t pay you and you have to make a decision that to undertake next. We give you the detailed report, based on received information, which contains:
- the variants of concrete business-process legal risks;
- the subtypes of legal risks and the ability of appearing of them;
- the recommendations for eliminating all the risks.

The Client should file a request containing a certain task for the Bureau in any form he finds the most convenient at the appropriate time – e-mail, telephone, Skype, in person, business trip. The Bureau provides the Client with the result of task accomplishment in time constraints that can be agreed in advance.
