Practice Areas Representation of the client`s interests in commercial (arbitration) courts. Commercial disputes, among them: collection of debts, customs disputes, representation of interests of persons and enterprises, committed an administrative offence.

Experience and education:

After graduating one of the best law`s academies in Russia, I founded my own law practice and worked there from 2008 to 2010. I worked as a prosecutor from 2010 to 2012, and from 2012 I represent and consult enterprises and private persons as an attorney. I take part and represent my clients in about 60 court cases a year.

I have conducted about 20 trainings on actual legal topics in different towns in Belorussia. I give legal advice as an expert on a regional TV-channel. I am a member of Smolensk Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a speaker of law program on a regional TV-channel. My professional accountability is insured. My professional responsibility as an attorney is insured for 10 000 000 rubles. I am the chairman of Union of young attorneys in Smolensk region.
